Breeding - Puppies - Week 5 - 7

Weeks Five thru Seven

1. End of week four beginning week five pups should be weaned.

2. Clip the pups toenails weekly.

3. Introduce liquid supplement to feed (Dyne).

4. Decrease the dam's food gradually back to her normal ration.

5. Monitor the pups for healthy stool.

6. Introduce toys to keep the pups occupied.

7. Week six the pups should receive the first "puppy shot"
