PROFILE: Doc is the Alpha male at Alderwood, a classic Lab, large frame, well up on his legs. He stands 23 1/2 in. at the shoulder and weighed 91 lbs at 2 years old. A very strong swimmer and water dog, bred by Harry Larke at Willapa Bay Labradors, Doc is a good representative of strong Sunnyview heritage. We are now seeing that these same characteristics are being passed to many of his pups. Doc is a working hunter/retriever, and the best all around Lab I ever owned.

Doc is our main "Duck Dog" at Alderwood. Aside from being very hunting savvy and smart, physically he is a big strong dog, "up on his legs, he stands about 23 1/2 inches tall at the shoulder and at age 2 years he weighed 91 lbs. He is still filling out his lean frame and we think he will top 100 lbs. in another year. Doc is one of those Labs that has a personality that makes everybody fall in love with him, kids can maul him, pull his ears or take a bone right out of his mouth.......
