PROFILE:
Molly is the aspiring Alpha female at Alderwood and is an intense hunter. A
"red" phase of a yellow Lab, she is used on upland birds as is small in statute,
but large in heart. Molly will hunt anything from a tweety bird to deer. A great
pastime is to watch her play with a basketball in the exercise yard, resting
with a foot on it to declare her possession and make sure it doesn't get away.
Molly is one of the best mothers at Alderwood and tends to raise very health
pups. She usually passes on her "red" coloration to a few pups in each litter.
Molly is a wonderful, small Lab. A great disposition and a huge desire
to please. She is usually mated to Doc but will ne mated to Bo this
summer (09). A unique knack to raise
beautiful pups almost by herself makes Molly a favorite during busy
whelping times. Her pups present themselves as very well adjusted,
playful, alert and intelligent. We have received some great reports from
the field on these pups.
Molly is currently available. Her last litter was a
disappointment, she has chronic uterine inertia which means her days as
a breeder are over. She will make a great family dog especially where
hunting is one of the activities
