This will be the second litter for Gretchen. We mate her to Doc with the intent to
create a bigger Lab with a wonderful disposition. Her first litter produced some
beautiful pups (see pics here) Both parents are big and "up on
their legs", in addition to being strong water dogs, the pups should be
candidates for good duck dogs. Temperament of both dogs is "laid back", Gretchen
is a beautiful chocolate Lab, her coat is dark sable in color with waves on her
back, she
tends to be more protective and advises us promptly when someone comes in the
driveway, she has a great "mothering ability", she is
a very loving Lab. Doc is a natural retriever and hunter, he has an exceptional
coat and now weighs close to 100 lbs, both are very smart,
should be some more great pups. |
